The Tri-City area of Cumberland , Benham, and Lynch are located in the majestic mountains of Southeast Kentucky also known as “The Black Bear Capital of Kentucky”.  Some of the attractions in our locality are Kingdom Come State Park, the highest park in the at 2, 700 ft. which hosts some of the most extraordinary natural rock formations in the state as well as some of the most spectacular viewing areas; Big Black Mountain, which contains the highest point in Kentucky at 4,145 ft: The Annual Kentucky Black Bear Festival, Southeast Kentucky Community and Technical College, home of the Appalachian Cultural and Fine Arts Center and the annual Kingdom Come Swappin’ Meetin’, Portal 31 Deep Exhibition  Mine Tour, Kentucky Coal Mining Museum and the newly refurbished “Old Railroad Depot”.
